    Toney got $3.4 million...Roy got $2.5'ish.

    I dont know for sure for Chavez-Whitaker...remember reading an article years back that estimated like 5-6 mill for Chavez and Pea about $3.5 milly..cant verify that though.

    Just going off the report by Cecil Goodbody in the Aussie Rag 'The Fist', of October 1993, this is what he wrote:

    ===============
    'I'm not satisfied it was a draw,' Chavez said. Immediately after the fight he also told Whitaker: "You've got a lot of courage. We'll mucho dinero (money) in the re-match." Whitaker made at least $3 million and Chavez an estimated $4.5 million for episode one of what could become a gripping soap opera. Promoter King, so often the centre of controversy, said he believed Chavez had won the fight through his aggression, but was all for a re-match. King made a reported $8 million profit on ticket and closed-circuit TV sales.
