I'm with you homie....Just think Margs time is now and his physical demensions are going to be too much for Cotto to cope. I think we see a mid to late round KO. Fight will be competitive in spots but it will be clear who is the dominating opponent and I think Marg will come out on top.

I just can't see Miguel Cotto knocking out Margarito, which will mean he will be getting hit for 12 rounds. People say Cotto's chin is great at Welterweight, but Zab Judah hurt him with every right hand he threw.

    Margarito TKO late

Hey guys, so I'm doing an update and the margin is now 46-18 overall for Cotto to defeat Margarito and retain his WBA welterweight title. 21 think Cotto will win by way of KO and 2 believe he will box to a decision victory. All of those for Margarito believe that the only way he can is via KO. Keep the comments and votes coming...

cotto by late rounds ko/tko! clottey before he hurt his hand was landing shots on margo at will. he and cotto are the same size. now just picture that with more speed and power! margos punches are to wide and slow, he is gonna get countered all fight long!

Wouldn't people agree that Cotto has a body attack that is matched by no other boxer today?

Yeah, and Margo has been dropped by body shots in the past. Still, I think the reason why I pick Cotto by KO is the fact that he tends to fight better in the role of boxer-puncher, than strictly in the role of pressure fighter. Margo, I suspect, will be coming forward, and eating counters that will likely bust him up during the course of the early rounds. When he tries to accelerate, those counters, and the body work, will have taken some of the steam out of his punches, and leave him open for further punishment. Margo's very good...Cotto's better.

Cotto by stoppage, don't know if it will definatly be a full on KO, but Margarito won't finish the fight.
