I dont know as much about margarito but I think cotto is one of the best bodypunchers in the game currently and I have only seen a few clips and I think one complete fight but he appears to have a good chin too

I was just thinking about if Cotto has fought a tall fighter similar to Margarito, who is 5' 11''? Cotto is only 5'7'' and was wondering if his shorter height and reach will be a disadvantage against a taller fighter who will most likely come forward and press the fight? Does anyone have any worries about Cotto's chin and stamina in this superfight?

Sorry for no morning update because I had work early and all day today. But the nightly update for June 24th at 7:48 PM EDT reveals that of the 116 votes cast, 87-29 believe Cotto will win and retain his welterweight title. The pattern remains the same as by a slight margin of 3 votes 45-42, Cotto will win on point vs. a KO/TKO. All 29 Margarito supporters believe Tony will win via KO. There are now 32 days left to go until the main event so keep the posts and votes coming.

Margarito stops Cotto pretty early. Just too big and strong. Cotto never impressed me. His ability to take a punch and his ability to maintain a furious pace are suspect. In his fight with Mosley, he slowed down in the late rounds. It was not because he thought he had the fight won. It was because he was out of gas. The pace Margarito will set will overwhelm Cotto. I know there are a lot of Cotto fans that will take exception with this viewpoint but thats the way I see it.

The morning update of June 26th at 9:19 AM EDT reveals that of the 128 votes cast, 97-31 believe that Cotto will beat Margarito to remain the reigning, defending, and undefeated WBA welterweight champion. The voting pattern has remained consistent as Cotto voters remain almost evenly split on whether Miguel will KO or decision his way to a victory. Currently, 51-46 see it going the distance to a decision for Cotto. All Tony supporters see Margarito KO-ing his way to victory. Again, keep the thoughts and votes coming as we are now exactly one month away or 30 days from the main event.

Although I think Cotto is a significantly better boxer than Margarito, match-up wise I don't see any advantages for Cotto
