trust me being a good boxer dont help you when the man your fighting has no respect for your power has a granite chin and doesnt know how to back up. margarito will make cotto go to war with him and if its a battle of chin there is no way cotto can compete. he will get knocked out. :bbb

You're in for a big surprise when Cotto outclasses Margo.

Ahhh styles do make fights and it will be intriguing to see how Cotto handles constant pressure from Margo. Cotto has fought fighters with similar styles that match Margo better attributes, mentally both men determined, focused and unflappable.

This may be the first fight Cotto is in where his opponent is unaffected by his punches (or at least refuses to show it); I wonder how he will react to that?

I'm guessing you can only tunnel vision the glass as half full if this statement if completely true. Things can do dead wrong if this is a fact. Is their a rational bone in body of yours, let me know when you put the tequilla bottle down and your ready to talk about the fight.

When did I say Torres has more power than Margo......??? Judah's power overrated, maybe but I say Corey spinks crumble in front of it while he took flush shots from JT. I tend to beleive my best assest is my common sense, I'll try my best to use it but don't get made at me for falling short of your expectations.

Which is my point. How will Cotto react in the later rounds after he throws his money shots, and Margarito is still smothering him with a high volume of punches?

I think Cotto realizes this is a completely viable possibility therefore he should be prepared for such a fight. In the past Cotto has fought in a systematic fashion, he has recently allowed himself to pateintly attack and by natural frutition a KO will happen or the opposition will slow down, become frustrated anything for him to gain an advantage. Unlike Margo Cotto does know how to back switch game plans and adjust. Our good freind "VIVA MEXICO" seems to think this is flaw an insult to the boxing game.

VIVA MEXICO looks like an alias to me, so I wouldn't take anything he says to seriously

IF that happens, Cotto would just have to outboxing, and with his technical advantages it would be easy.

if cotto backs down from margarito and runs like a coward then i will lose all respect for this man. no one is anticipating this fight to see him box. all the real boxing fans want to see these 2 true warriors going toe to toe and giving the fans excitement.

Cotto is masterful when he has the time and space to patiently execute his game plan; when he's pressured, it's a differenct story. We'll see soon.

Probably, and ignorance is considered bliss in some cultures....go figure. I like his fire though, it makes for real drama and a anticlimatic ending for the most stubborn of fans.
