    It should be a No-Contest, but I doubt they will do anything about it

    It will NOT be a no contest. I can't see how they could do that. A rematch will be ordered tho

    IMO nothing will happen, they will rule that the time keeper made a mistake and possibly order a rematch in which Enzo will drop the belt and move back down to Lgt heavy for a payday with Cleverly.

    The time-keeper won't be reprimanded at the least. The BBBof C will not change a thing and we will continue to get incompetent adjudicators.

    That's what they usually do, yes.


    They could declare it a NC on the basis that both the first round and the rounds 1-2 interval was too short, which is a clear breach of the rules laid down for British title fights. I fear that they won't, but they clearly have a case to do so.

    This sort of thing has happened before and the result of the fights stood. Theres no precidence for making it a NC as far as I'm aware.
