Maybe Pacquiao could do more to make the fight, but so could Mayweather. The only real obstacle right now seems to be the split - and if any fight should be fifty-fifty (or perhaps 40-40 with the rest going to the winner), this is it. Floyd is the guy who, for whatever reason, doesn't want to do that.
