First of all Floyd asking for additional testing was never an excuse for him not to fight Manny. It was to make sure that both he and Manny both trained clean and came into that ring with no additional help. Just skills. The way Manny and his team reacted after agreeing at first is what caused this **** to snowball out of control. That is a fact. Why agree to something and then back out and start asking for cut offs? Why say that you just don't want to be tested the day of the fight but then turn down a 14 day cut off window? Now any person with any kind of common sense would be suspicious of that person and believe that they are doing something.

That is Floyd first and only demand until the no 50/50 demand.

Now for the no 50/50. That is not a duck either. That is something that never should have happened. Floyd calling Manny himself was a disaster bc Manny doesn't negotiate and neither does Floyd. That is why Manny has Arum and that is why Floyd uses Shaefer and Ellerbe. Floyd called Manny bc Arum refused to answer his phone to even start the negotiations and made tons of excuses as to why this fight couldn't be made. I beleive that the money split could have been worked out had Arum, Shaefer, and the mediator locked themselves in a room and went to work.

So Floyd has had 2 demands in 3 years. 1) Random blood and urine while in training. 2) no 50/50 split.

Arum just in the past 4 months has came out with over 10 excuses as to why this fight wasn't going to happen on May 5th and why he never answered his phone when Shaefer called several times. He also stated, "EVEN WITH A 50/50 SPLIT THIS FIGHT IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN MAY 5TH."

 

They will want to avenge the loss to Tim Bradley.
