It depends on the route.... If it was a lucky punch that came out of nowhere - no. If he plain outmatches Martinez, or even breaks even, and catches Martinez, then yes.
Martinez knows this. Hence why he is going for the KO. This is going to be a great fight. I am rooting for Martinez!
Ive been a fan since he beat the gatekeeper Matt Vanda. Ive been posting all over the net that he's potentially better than SR ever was. Not only will I NOT be surprised if he KOs Sir Gayo, I'd be surprised if Sir Gayo found a way to win.
Congrats to Chavez if he can pull it off. Simple as that. No hating here. Just excitement since the fight was announced. Maravilla by tko
If its fair and squared, I'll give credit to Chavez Jr. As a matter of fact win or lose, Chavez Jr to me is way better than the real Mexican overhype job Saul "140lbs Killer" Alvarez. Chavez Jr has atleast fought decent competition on his own division and now is fight the best MW-ranked #3 P4P by ring Magazine, so that in itself deserves respect. I still hate Chavez Jr though :yep And wish Martinez wins. But I expect fireworks on Saturday!!!!!
