What will it take for Floyd to fight Pacquaio?

pac doesnt have to go to a floyd fight and jump in the ring.....he could simply, when in the ring after one of his own fights, actually call floyd out and say "im ready..i want you floyd mayweather....lets do this"...or something to that effect...instead of his usual pussiness

but then again that isnt happening anytime soon....because as weve heard...hes not ready yet and floyds not ripe yet

 

Remember the excuse back in December was he can't fight Pac because Pac has financial issues.

why, should floyd pay the ****ers tax bills? would you after the ****er sued you??? Did you forget, manny fights for charity. The latter came from the ****ers mouth!!!

 

And then Pac said he would fight for free but didnt back that up!

Then the WBC ranks him #1 contender and he doesnt exercise his Mandatory to put pressure on Floyd. he goes the WBO route when he knows winning that title takes him off the WBC rankings.

WBC even tried to make the fight and Pacquiao still hasnt pushed...shame on him...
