people forget that JMM was coming to the end of his career anyway

and was put up to make floyd look good on his comeback fight

this gives him a big pay day and ups his profile among the p4p's

juan will fight hatton in manchester in march/april :deal

 

that would be a good fight but I doubt hatton actually comes back.. Its a shame too cuz I enjoy watching ricky fight..

 

That job has been filled for a couple of decades.....the name of the fighter who has that job is named Roy Jones Jr.

 

I think Marquez could beat Berto. Berto is a fraud.

 

Hatton never announced a permanent retirement.....he left the door open to come back......and what better fighter for Hatton to position himself a top fighter again, and make a good chunk of change than Marquez?

....and the winner possibly positions himself for another crack at Pacquiao if Pacquiao is to lose to Cotto.

How the **** can anyone call a man that has accomplished so much in his life a loser??????? Sometimes its so easy for someone who hasn't really done **** to disrespect a man from behind his keyboard. Whatever Marquez decides to do, all I can say is, it has been a great career!! I stll think he can be a champ @ 140lbs but if he decides to retire and enjoy his family that would be great too. Nothing but respect for a man like Juan Manuel Marquez.

 

I don't see it any other way as I don't think Valero will want to fight him.
