I would say Pacquiao has more power than I thought. I was shocked at how fast he stoped Hatton. I thought Hatton would win that fight because he was the bigger man. I was wrong about the result and Hatton being the bigger man. Pacquiao is 5′ 6½″ with a reach of 67″ and Hatton is 5′ 7½″ with a reach of 65″. They are about even in size Hatton is an inch taller while Pacquiao has 2 inches in reach. When I saw the tale of the tape after the weigh in I was still in denile. While a knock out seemed to be expected either way. I would have never guessed that it would end so early. Dose this say more about Hatton's ability to take a punch or Pacquiao's power.
I brought up the Pacquiao/Hatton size comparesion for a reason. As the fight nears the myth that Cotto is bigger than Pacquiao will grow when in fact they are of compareable sizes Cotto is 5′ 7″ with a reach of 67″. Cotto is only a ½ inch taller than Pacquiao and is even in reach.
In conclusion I would be very impresed with Pacquaio not that I'm not already. It was prove that his win over Hatton was about him being better than Hatton and not Hatton being overrated. However I would still pick Mayweather over Pacquaio when they meet asuming Mayweather beats as he should Marquez.

    "NEXT"

I think Cotto will be a live underdog though. Pac's youngest challenge since Solis.

if pac did cotto like he did ricky then floyd will stay ducking him forever. -probably by pricing himself out like he did with shane and talk about how manny has too many losses etc etc.

    Pricing himself out?

He's getting 15 million for Marquez.

He wanted 20 million for Shane. I don't think thats pricing himself out. I think Mosley wanted the lions share.

Consider the fact that Mayweather would of been retired for 18 months and you claim he priced himself out of a Mosley fight yet gets 5 million less.

    Come on.

Cotto is going to beat the hell out of Manny the same way Manny beat the hell out of Hatton.

    Take it to the bank.

I'm sick of all the Pac hatred and double standards. If I wanted to carry on the debate I'd say this:

"If Cotto wants to fight the POUND 4 POUND NUMBER 1 IN THE WORLD. Then he can go to the weight where the King reigns - 140."

But I won't as I just don't have the energy or will to argue anymore as people will hate and try to take Manny Pacquaio down no matter what he does. I'm going to enjoy watching Pac and leave the cynical muthas to rot in their own hate.
