What Will You Watch on May 2nd: Alvarez vs Kirkland or Mayweather vs Cotto?

Saul "Canelo" Alvarez wants to fight James Kirkland on May 2nd and steal the May 2nd date from Floyd Mayweather.

He said he would move his fight to a different date if Floyd fought Pacquiao on May 2nd, but he knows that will never happen. Canelo knows that a slugfest between him and Kirkland is much better than a boring Mayweather rematch.

Kirkland vs Canelo is a sure-fire knockout where no one can predict the result! But maybe some of you prefer the Floyd borefest where we know Floyd will win by UD?

canelo kirkland. i just dont see the appeal to a rematch for cotto if that fight does actually happen

both guys will come in the same weight they came in for their 154 clash and the only factor is roach is now coaching cotto. not enough for me to fork out dollars for

    Yes, wheres this option?

If in the 1000/1 chance they happen on the same day, theres NO way, they'll be scheduled at the same time

I will probably try to watch both if available. I have boxnation so I can record it and watch in the morning if I can't stay up to watch.

But no way would I pay for Mayweather - Cotto 2. If I was in the US, I'd watch Canelo - Kirkland.

Not sure how this is even a debate.
A fresh new fight between two punchers who are hungry ...and the fight is FREE.
    vs.
A uninteresting retread of a fight that's going be at a catchweight and boring as hell and cost me $70+?

Maybe if one of my friends buys the Mayweather fight I will go just to eat and drink for free, otherwise I'm staying home and watching Canelo

Canelo vs Cotto is the better fight, isn't a rematch and isn't PPV.
You need to be a big fan of either Cotto or Floydweather to go for the clash of the divas part 2.

Both. Canelo-Kirkland is a mismatch and Canelo will simply destroy him, quickly. Mayweather-Cotto is actually an interesting match up. I'd watch both (at a bar). Wouldn't pay for either though.

    Canelo Kirkland.

Mayweather Cotto is a better match up but a rerun.
