excellent question!!!! interesting that people are so quick to dismiss it from happening. i admire khan and i must admit that i'm a relatively recent convert. for those on the thread that dont think khan has what it takes- try and resist the urge to knock him for a few moments and just consider the proposal of the thread- if (and i appreciate it is an "if") this should happen to occur then even the most ardent khan critics have to put up or shut up. you may not agree that it will happen but you have to concede that it should happen if he does it.......
I don't consider myself a Khan hater, but a skeptic of what he can do with my suspicions of his chin. Just by fighting Maidana and winning however he has to do it, would get much respect from me. If he takes anything heavy and flush from Maidana and does well, I will assume that his resistance is a little better with the move up in weight.
**** proving the Internet Warrior critics wrong. Just protect your chin Khan. + The Glass Jaw **** is what makes the Maidana one an exciting one.
I never used to like Khan ( TBH I was actually pleased when he got Knocked out ) But after that KO I think he has sorted his head out and I am a "fan" , Got great potential and I am expected big things for him ( Cause I have said this he will get sparked out on Saturday , lol )?
I think any time a hot prospect gets stomped and comes back, he deserves respect. Psychologically getting over that kills a lot of these guys for future success.
Why should he have to take a flush punch just to keep the 13 year old virgins on here happy? Go out there and school Maidana and then knock him out. Too many macho virgins on here.
exactly this, some people will never stop hating and will always find excuses, after this fight, you can guarantee people will say maidana was never that good anyway
That dance was to cover up the fact that the last punch wobbled him. Giving an opponent a free shot and then getting hurt by it is genius. Ask Nate Campbell about this strategy.
