I think it'll be the classic underestimate your opponent syndrome.

I don't see him losing - but I would have to agree with Boro.

He would take a rematch in a heartbeat.

He would definitely blame it on dancing with the stars, but just like he did against Castillo, he would take the rematch. :good

I know Mayweather is the favourite, but it'd hardly be the shock of the century if Hatton won. No one has been able to beat Hatton so far. I just hope that Mayweather(and his fans) are man enough to admit the better man won.

    He didn't lose to Castillo.

In terms of the poll, the options suck because the options are leading....

You're asking what he "should" do, and your option says he "should" blame Dancing With The Stars and Rematch. I think he should definitely rematch if he loses, but he should blame nothing but himself.

I f Mayweather loses it would only be via a close UD. The whole set up of ANY re-match would be under the pretence of revenge, and he would get the win. My prediction.

I didn't say he lost to Castillo. He just didn't feel like he did well and there was some questions about the decision so he took the rematch immediately to prove himself. If he has a debatable decision, or even worse, loses to Hatton I assume he would do the same as he did with Castillo to prove himself. Even though I don't like Mayweather, what I said about him taking a rematch in my 1st post and this post is actually a compliment.

what ever!!! with as much hate as that Floyd gets from haters, you expect Floyd fans too be humble about a loss, should Hatton be the first to hand Floyd his first loss!?!?

The man never gets credit for winning , there always an excuse as to why he wins. so don't expect Floyd fan to swallow the humble pill too soon , when you have Floyd anti-fans ragging on every performance and never given the man an ounce of credit.

so why should floyd fans man up about a floyd loss should he get one , when Anti-Floyd fans have never maned up about Floyd's wins.

Alright, was just making sure you weren't implying he "lost" like some like to do around here. No one credits Floyd for immediately rematching the man who gave him the most trouble he's ever had. It's pathetic, but it doesn't matter, since he proved himself to not be a runner, in or out of the ring.

That is very true.. He can take the strap from the champion in a foreign weigh class and gets dogged hard for. Bc he didn't fight fighter a, b, c, or d or didn't stay in the previous of a, b, c. While Cotto beats a laid off Judah and be brand as the hero.
