    It's a straightforward question.

    He already has my respect.

What it would take for me to like him though, is a different question.

He is the best boxer in the world p4p. Why should he do something more to earn someones respect?

Anyone who doesn't respect what Canelo has done in the sport probably isn't worth listening to in the first place. He's won titles from light middleweight through light heavyweight before he was 30 and is arguably the best fighter in boxing right now.

He should admit that he lost both Golovkin fights.

He isnt a real fighter until he takes his talents cross-species. See if your boar meat muscles have an affect on a bear. Then I'll be impressed. But he has to KO the bear. And I dont want the ref breaking them whenever the bear gets close. And the bear needs to be well rested; I'd say a minimum of 23 months after his previous fight for proper training. Lets see what ginger boy is really made of.

Admit you lost to GGG, at least the first one.
Stop forcing issues on opponents that make them bound to lose.
Beat Bivol in convincing fashion i.e. no paid off judges.

I agree that he is dedicated to his craft, but there are too many suspicious things going on around his
fights to consider him an ATG at the moment. And he's already been busted for drugs so he's on the level
of Barry Bonds as far as I'm concerned; difference is Canelo has been tested a lot since the Mexican beef
    days and passed those tests.
