Eh - something strikes me that he wouldn’t keep up with boxing when he retired - I’d assume he’d be wondering what they were feeding those guys? Tyson looks like a Mutant, Fury is stupid big imagine winning the title off Patterson and seeing Wlad or Vitali? I could see him being a great commentator, he was witty but I don’t think that’s his style.
Tyson I believe visited Liston’s brave, there friendship might’ve been similar to Louis and Liston - down on his luck champion and the generous in awe new guy, he probably takes care of Liston.

I have to ask are we talking about more if he'd survived to be very old and mentally sharp or more if everyone came along at the same time and it was Liston as a current fighter looking at the likes of potential opponents?
That's a possibility, some fighters tend to disappear after retirement to and are never heard of again.
I don't know about Lewis taking Liston, I can still see Ray Mercer popping Lennox with his jab and almost beating him,,,and Sonny had a Baaad jab.
