Now that they're in arguably the most important and intense training camps of their careers - what would the workout routines be? Morning run, afternoon sparring and evening weights/circuit training? You can probably tell I have little clue on the layout of a boxer's workout for a huge fight, so please enlighten me!
Floyd: Chicken wings and blow jobs. Manny: Holy water and 50 copies of every Fast and the Furious movie.
I'd assume they are doing long jogs 3/4 times a week (Floyd at night most likely, many mid-day) They probably are doing 2 sessions in the gym, with their trainers, mits, bag work, 6 out of 7 days. Conditioning drills 3/4 times a week, probably in between the gym time. Sparring 3 times a week. I have absolutely no idea, but that's my best guess. I'm also interested in finding out the actual regimen of both men for this fight. Good thread.
