Jonathan Banks is roughly the same size as Haye, hits very hard, has better defensive skills, and has only been beaten once (like Haye). Who would win if they fought and what should the odds on the fight be? BTW, would your answer change if the fight was at crusierweight or heavyweight?
haye by quick ko...:good banks is way overhyped first decent fighter he faced in adamek he got sparked...:bbb just cause he wears kronk colours it dont make him a top fighter...
But what if Banks lands first? Haye has a dodgey chin too. I don't think that Carl Thompson is half the fighter that Adamek is.
I second this, carl thompsons chin is solid, he can take big bombs all night and still come through and pull out a win. I think the thread starter has got to be joking though, he cant be serious with this type of thread. Banks is not even in David Haye's class. Haye would put Banks to sleep
Johnathan Banks looked like he had no clue how to deal with Adamek once the offensive pressure got cranked up. And Adamek is naturally smaller and less athletic than Haye. I'd make the fight about a -550/ +400 in favor of Haye. If Adamek was almost a 4-1 favorite, Haye should be that much and more.
WBO Cruiserweight Champion 4/10/1997-27/3/1999 IBO Cruiserweight Champion 3/2/2001-26/11/2001 IBO Cruiserweight Champion 6/2/2004-Retired 2005
Are you really going to stoop to acknowledging the IBO belt in your attempt to make Carl Thompson more than he was? I had forgotten that he even held the WBO title. He wasn't a bad fighter, but he is not in the same league as Adamek.
it always cracks me up when the yeah but look what carl thompson did to haye card is played. it was in 2004 and his 11th fight! and he was stopped on his feet not brutally stopped. his stamina has improved imeasurabley since then.
