What would Tyson Look Like with Today's Training Methods?

    He would probably be better, but what ruined Tyson was his attitude outside the ring.
    He would need to focus in boxing

    So true. It was ten years ago, not a hundred! And what does "modern nutrition" even means? Didn't they have carbs, proteins and fat in the '90s?:nut

    Additionally, you have peoples like Mayweather that bases their diet on hamburgers. If you train, you burn it. Peds do the rest.

    He used to train like an animal from 1985-88, no modern methods can top that, in fact it would just make shortcuts and laziness

    If Tyson was about 230 he wouldn't of been as good. For his frame 220 was about max 214-220 was about his ideal.

    People need to stop thinking heavier is better.

    Lennox, Bowe and the Klits are different as they had the height and style to carry a higher weight.
