Nobody said Floyd was not going to get a cut of the PPV had he fought Tony they offered Floyd 8 Million Floyd rejected the offer before it could even get to the table.
The liner title means squat, all titles now and days are meaningless its a weak arguement your trying to make, your making excuses for Mayweather not fighting this guy and trying to justify them by throwing this meaningless **** out there.
The public knew Floyd didnt want to fight Margarito this wasnt the first time Margarito offered to fight Floyd he has been calling him out since he moved up in weight, and that alone would have done much better in terms of numbers than did the baldimor fight, that is a fact.

There is a difference between an average joe taking the better paid job and an already multi-millionaire taking the better paid job.

However i don't really have a problem with him taking Baldomir. He was set to fight Zab then Zab lost to Baldy. Really he should have fought Baldy but didn't. He took Zab. So the natural opponent after Zab is obviously Baldy, which Floyd took. Well done.

He should have faught Margo after that.

FACT: Mayweather lied about how much he earned for his appearence on WWE.

So it is likely that Mayweather didn't make 8 mil for this fight, especially considering he was still relatively unknown with the exception of boxing insiders.

Did Floyd duck Margarito, yes, but he made a smart business decision. If Margarito would have beaten him, Floyd probably wouldn't have gotten the fight with DLH.
