    I don't know if this has been done before.

    But like the title says, Undisputed Champion or Gold Medalist (In any division)?

    That's tough. There is a certain prestige and overall "awesomeness" to saying you won a Gold Medal in the Olympics.

    However, there just aren't many UNDISPUTED champs these days. I think I'll go with Undisputed Champ of the World.

    International amatuer boxing is a biased joke and disgrace right now. I will take the undisputed championship (with the money) because I haven't seen undisputed olympic boxing for a long time.

    if I didn't know boxing and images I would say Olympic champion, but how many Olympic guys are there who after not winning a title we do not think much of?

    Championship = fame and money
    Gold medal = great stepping stone to championship.

    Olympics just because of the history and the medal. You can lose a title, but you can't lose a gold medal.

    Luke0 pretty much said it there. Gold medals are great but being the very best in the world, world champ, is something else. Pro>Amateur accomplishments.

    Undisputed Champ no doubt, ask that question to Audley Harrison and even he'll tell you the same

    It's actually a very tough choice.

    When you say boxing gold medal, I instantly picture a young, aggressive Oscar De La Hoya (one of my favourites).

    I think Kevin Wright also makes a good point saying the gold medal can't be taken away.

    While I think professional boxing is definitely more complete than amateur, and being undisputed champion is usually a greater sign of recognition, I would still go for the Olympic gold simply for the prestige.

    Of course Undisputed Champ!
    Would you ever think Jones, Holyfield or Bowe would have traded their undispted championship in for the gold medal they never got?
