Speed, because with the possible attributes of boxing skill, and a good chin, and maybe ring smarts, in addition to the speed, you can beat a slow guy with power, either by decision, if the puncher has a good chin, or by a ko if he dosen't have a good chin. There are more possibilities for victory, plus the added benefit of having a longer shelf life, so to speak, in terms of career longevity. A clever boxer can beat a slugger, if he has those ingredients I spoke of in addtion to his speed.
Cmon guys I think some of you are jumping the gun and maybe distorting what the poll means. This guy is literally asking do you want power and be slow or have speed and have no power. Speed doesn't mean you are a skillful fighter, Example being would you rather be Malignaggi at 140lbs or Ricardo Torres? Thats a fair assessment because you gotta get 2 opposite fighters speed oriented and power oriented at almost the same skill level. It wouldn't be fair to compare Ricky and Malignaggi because Ricky is pretty fast himself. Having speed doesn't mean you're going to be a skillful roy jones or meldrick taylor or a maywaether or a calderon etc... This is why skills is what really matter. Miguel Cotto really doesn't have any special effects but he is fundamentally sound and an intelligent fighter and so far its working for him.
