Yeah ok, RJJ in his prime was supernatural not Calzaghe. Let me ask you this, if Hopkins does happen to win what would you say? Is that Hopkins is that good or is it that Calzaghe is more of hype job than what we thought?

"Stallone should make Rocky Balboa II and have Hopkins be his rival."

hmmmm...And some possible names for his fictional character could be....

    Chuck "D-Flate" Nevins
    Mavin "Moe-P" Higgins
    Benny "Flip-Side" Williams
    J.J. "Sunshine" Stevenson
    "Stiff" Willie Cracken

Dear me, InTeRnEt WaRrIaZ ripping on perfectly good fighters without a hint of humour or intelligence. Face facts chaps, both are greats with good pedigree. Me saying B-Hop may well be in trouble against a younger Calzaghe is a opinion based on sound thinking not nuthugging.

So before the idiots run their mouth like bedroom boxer's just think about context, eh chaps.

People are forgeting that while hopkins is old he hasnt taken any real damage in fights like a Morales or Gatti. And not to mention he is tricky as hell. His chances are very good. I would say this is a coin flip type of fight.

reading all the posts over the months the aftermath on esb is going to be a gloating contest, between usa and uk fans.

it has nothing much to do with the boxers or there style.

    its a nationalistic thing .

Not for all of us. I am from the US....I pick Calzaghe. I don't like the nationalistic BS on here. From EITHER side. There is truth in both arguments though.

    I would say:

    Worst Robbery since Lewis -Holyfiled (1) ;

    Dirty low-blowin, head-buttin', cheatin' *******

They put something in Joe's water

Seriously, I would eat nothing but crow for a month.
I would fess up to being COMPLETELY OUT TO LUNCH

I would definitely move Bernard to my #1 p4p spot and declare it to be a great victory by a legend over a great champion.

"What would you say if Hopkins beat Calzaghe?"

HOF Top25 or around that. If he loses to him he stays out of the top 50.
