Discussions about toney v barkley being a masterclass have got me thinking, which fights would you show division by division as a true showcase of talent?

Heavyweights probably Muhammad Ali Vs Big Cat Cleveland Williams and Joe Louis Vs Max Baer and Buddy Baer II (actually could probably pick any number of Louis fights - he was perfection) other weights I'll come back to you on

For me personally Lennox Lewis-Hasim Rahman II was one that stood out for me - I thought that was one of those perfection performances from start to finish Lewis was scintillating in that one he didn't put a foot wrong

I remember being greatly impressed with the French Gypsy, Theo Medina vs Jackie Paterson.

His crushing of Paterson demonstrated not only how great a fighter Medina was, but also another example of just how valid and great some of these lesser known Contenders really were, a look through his record also proves that.

it used to be on youtube but someone has taken it down, fantastic it is, similar to Lynch destroying the great little Jackie Brown.

Mayweathers performance vs Gatti was and still is a flawless victory if ever iv seen one. Brilliant brilliant performance. Clinically dismantled him in 5 without putting a single foot wrong.

I'd say his fight against higher regarded at the time Corrales was Mayweather's best performance.

    Nice list.

    Although why Chang-Zapata 1?

And Jones-Toney miles ahead of Cal-Lacy.
