AJ was getting outboxed from the absolute beginning. This wasn't some fluke punch that AJ never recovered from. 2. Avoiding major blows is part of boxing. The fact that AJ got hit is on him.
Thing is, Breazeale is no Ruiz, he can't do what Ruiz does despute being like 7 inches taller. Ruiz has hands as fast as lightning, while Breazeale is slow like hell. That's why Breazeale got a brutal beating at the hands of AJ for 7 rounds, and Ruiz stopped AJ and looked far better in every single round than Breazeale. So Wilder KO'd Breazeale in 1, and it was fair and quite predictable outcome.
