Uhhh no that's not "real" and damn sure not "the truth", the fight wasn't even close...any weight, any scenario, Floyd beats dudes ass period, point blank. There's a reason the poll is 111-11 because it's common ****ing sense for those of us who aren't bumbling ******s.

To answer the question, there might not be any hint of difference with what happened.

Off-topic, Floyd still violated the contract and was very unprofessional that night.

The problem might have been with Marquez more-so than Mayweather. Then again, Floyd struggling to make those pounds may have had an effect on his stamina, or output, or reflexes, or ability to muscle Marquez out of the clinch whenever he weaved his way into the pocket. It could have feasibly been more competitive. I doubt the outcome would have changed much though. Marquez was already slower and less sharp at 135, the weight gain didn't do him any favors, especially against such a stylistic challenge.

Yeah i suspect it would have been the same outcome... money may outclassing Marquez.....but than again why didnt he make the weight than? Especially since he has so much confidence in his style...he may have been extremely drained allah brando rios in his last 2 fights.. who knows??

According to DLH, Foyd outweighted Maruez for around 15 pounds,
Floyd would have been weaker if he made the weight. this favors Marquez.

if it will be the same result, then why did floyd chose not to make weight. its only 2 lbs anyway. kinda lessen the luster of his win by cheating on the scales.

Exactly, that is alot of fluid and you will be weak.

Same argument on the ONE (1) LB (16oz of water) on the Cotto vs Pac.

You are not putting that up (efficiently at least) back into your body in 24 hours. You need at least 72 hours to properly hydrate back.

2LBS could have hurt FMJr. performance....but I believe he still would have dominated Marquez.
