What year will the fight happening in be officially “past expiration date”?

to clarify.... I’m asking, stating in what year would you feel one or both guys are outside of their peak.

    example:

you want it to happen in 2020 but if it happens in 2021, that’s too late for you. So vote 2021

If you’re ok with the fight happening in 2024 but 2025 is too long. Vote 2024.

Honestly, anything after late 2020 for me. Maybe early 2021.

You've seen this year how things can suddenly change. And the fighters are getting older. Maybe it will be Wilder's turn next...

The fight will never be as big as before when they were both undefeated. Now we know for sure that AJ can be beaten. And with the Fury rematch if he beats Wilder the fight will be practically dead unfortunately.

2021. And maybe even altready, because we get Wilder vs Fury 2, with a very good chance the belt will change hands.
Both fighters are quite beatable, and the intrigue has already been gone a bit.

2021 absolute latest. Joshua will have to get rid of 2 mandatories next year and that's his 2020 done (assuming he wins them both). Wilder is more flexible, if he manages a big win over fury and possibly has a mandated fight with Whyte or another top 10 and wins that, then I don't see the need for these guys to fight anyone else. But just looking at that shows how risky 2020 will be for these guys and both have fair chances of losing.
