Once you've weighed in, what do you/would you eat in the 24 hours before a fight?

You don't have 24 hours between a weigh in and a fight if your an amateur. It's usually a weigh in, at, say, 6.30-7, and then boxing starts at 8 or something like that. So, its hard to have a proper meal in between. I can have a big size meal cause I'm a heavy, and almost always have the last or second to last bout.

This is just a fight night within our club, an exhibition night - rather than a normal amateur bout. Seeing as we know each others weights already, there was no need for the 2 hour weigh in - hence why I'm kind of in new territory

Just eat what you would normally eat if you were going to be working out.
