and when i say poor i meant he kept get hit alot, by a guy who didnt know what he was doing he was basically just closing his eyes and swinging. Lucky for lopez the guy didnt have any threatening speed or power.
:think well i its hard to tell because he was in with a bum,i dont think Juan was showing hes full potenal.
Lopez had to adjust to an awkward style in Dianzo's, but Dianzo surprised the crowd by showing an iron chin after not fighting for 22 months. He also clocked Lopez a couple times just by walking in and throwing looping punches that lacked steam. However to Lopez's credit, he mowed him down methodically being very selective but accurate with his punches. Lopez is a future world champion, but he's still a year away from being ready for an eliminator, much less a world title fight.
Very carefully marketed among the Puerto Rican community. I can't remember who it was against but a decision in his favor was booed (I think it was also in Puerto Rico).
I was also a little bit unimpressed by him. I expected better, based on what I had heard about him and the 2 or 3 fights of his I have seen in the past. He is certainly capable of a better performance. He is ranked very high by the WBO, but I dont think he is quite ready to challenge the winner of PDL-Bautista. Perhaps after a few more fights.
