What you think guys about this 15 rounds training? 3 rounds jumping rope (warm up) 1 round shadowbox 6 rounds heavybag 2 rounds speedbag 3 rounds of core/abs cardio exercices
If your time limited? Do your abs at home - use all this time in the gym to shadow box and hit the bag but use that rime to think and to visualise. if you don’t have a mirror at home get one and do some more shadow boxing. Skipping can also be done at home it’s a good Stand in for running on rainy days or done on the days you don’t run.
I agree that only 1 round of shadow boxing is a huge problem. Doesn't this guy have a trainer watching and correcting his movements? If he doesn't, then 1 round is too much. He'd get more out of just beating on a bag. At least it all adds up to 15 doe.
You’re right absolutely Rockin if your trainer only watches you when you two hit the pads at the start how many rounds of doing things wrong gets unseen? Endless Shadow boxing and heavy bag rounds.
Shame that most of good boxing gyms closed because corona here, only MMA and BJJ are still here but 3 good boxing gyms are closed for 4 years which is the shame.
Detroit was one of the cities of boxing along with Philadephia. It's bad to hear something like that.
It was a great city and time to grow up boxing in. Good memories of great fighters, trainers and gyms. And memories of the gym wars............... Long Live Detroit boxing!
