Was browsing around on YouTube at Mike Tyson videos, and saw the one from 2003 where Sapp invites him in the ring, and Tyson comes...They talk about signing a contract and neither of them look scared. What happened after this? BTW: Who do you think would win? I'd bet Tyson (even 2003 version) would have knocked him on his back no matter what kind of match it was (boxing, MMA)! It's been proven Sapp can be knocked out, and he never faced anybody would near the amount of punching power as Tyson. He has the size/ ability to knock out Tyson, but Tyson has took a lot better punchers than Sapp will ever be. The fight wouldn't last long enough to really be effected on kicking/ grappling IMO (Sapp isn't huge on grappling anyways).
I remember Tyson signed some kind of promotional deal with K1 - but nothing ever came of it. No doubt he was paid to put on that little display with Sapp in the ring. "Sign the dotted line, big boy. . ."
Sapp doesnt deserve the privlidge of copping a Tyson left hook. Sapp would struggle to handle a shot tyson's jockstrap. Imagine Sapp rolling around on the ground after a Tyson jab. As i dont follow k1 is sapp a contender?or has he finially been shown to be the very big but very uncoordinated china chinned fraud i have always known him to be?
Ahem .. it was "Sign the contract big boy sign the contract!" :yep It was nothing more than spin anyway. The match was supposed to be a boxing match. Sapp would have been ****ed and KO`ed in less than a round.
