Whatever happened to Steve Barnes?

He was a good little fighter for 18, Bailey is no mug, gave galahad among others good distance fights, if he made a comeback he's still only about 20,21, most even at that age are slapping about with headguards on. so whats to be so overly critical about?

 

Credit to anyone who gets in the ring.

 

His father and him were giving it big-un about how they go to woods and it makes him a special fighter and also talking him up then he fights and he's not very good. Then he loses to Bailey and says in corner at end of round 2 'i'm spent' (paraphrasing). The fact the lad talked about his great conditioning because of his sleeping in woods then is ****ed 2 rounds into a 4 rounder pretty much brings mocking and criticism. Warranted mostly as well..

 

Didnt wear a cup either. Strange one

He had an arm injury after the Bailey fight which required surgery - not 100% sure but I was told it was on his elbow.

Yep when he is telling us we are about to go to the corner to hear whats going on and by the time he's finished announcing this they are finished talking and silence ,, then when they start talking again just before their fighter has to go back out he starts ****ing talking again ,**** does my ****ing nut . :fire
