Ok, I'll just put one together quickly using that routine in your opening post and editing it.

    1. 4x25 BODYWEIGHT SQUATS
    2. JUMP ROPE (100 TURNS)
    3. 20 PUSHUPS, 15 FINGERS TO OUTSIDE PUSHUPS, 20 PUSHUPS, 15 DIAMOND PUSHUPS
    4. JUMP ROPE (100 TURNS)
    5. CORE STRENGTH

That was just a quick example, you can adjust and switch things to make it more suitable for you, like the other guy said just be creative.;)

DON'T FORGET TO STRETCH BEFORE AND AFTER!

Good physique for boxing.:good But didn't you once say you fight in peek-a-boo style? Anyway..I think you shouldn't.

Do you compete in the ammy's? If so, why didn't you stick to 122 and compete in the Jr. Featherweight division?

at 122 i had to spar fight shorter guys who were good at working the body and i didn't like that.

i feel stronger and faster at around 127, and i fight guys around my height which is 5'6.

Ok, if you really feel better at the weight it's all good. You could compete at 125 too..

    Edit: I said 122 and 126, they don't exist in the ammy's :D it's 119, 125 and 132..:yep

    Freddy,
do you do this and a boxing routine or is this a non-boxing workout day?

i've been doing it as a warm up mondays and wednesdays...before my boxing workout....but on thursdays all we do is spar...and fridays usually we rest...but i now want to do circuit training just once a week...but a long one....one that'll last me atleast 45 minutes.....but like the fellaz up there said, i should be creative and invent my own...
