Im not a huge PW fan but I have to say he clearly got beat against Quintana. Not so clear when fighting Sergio. Martinez was getting more and more tired as the fight went on and he did land some beautiful shots no doubt but the fight was still "close" in my eyes. Plus I think Paul has a good chance to murder Sergio just like he did in the rematch against Quintana. Anyways whats your opinions. Was Quintana's beating more clear than Martinez or vice versa?
Yep, Quintana won without a doubt. Sergio and PW was even on my scorecard, but I'll pick Sergio again to win.
Quintana sustained his beating against PW, whereas Martinez got tired (as you eloquently stated) Theres no way PW can do to Sergio what he did to Quintana. Quintana's punch resistance isnt that high, and if PW goes into that rematch with the same mindframe then im sure he would get knocked out. Williams cant rush in, hes gotta fight tall this time round and hit Martinez while hes moving into awkward angles
Its quite obvious that Quintana\Williams I was the most telling victory (beating as you call it:rofl) Quintana shocked people on how he was able to counter Williams at will...He put on a stellar performance that night and he showed that Williams is a sucker to counters. Martinez did do pretty well against Williams but he did look like he was sucking wind toward the end of the fight...And too add, Martinez made it clear that he felt like he lost to Williams.
should be another close fight both have something to prove honestly....i expect a lot of trash talking from these two cocky mofo's
