I still say Pac to be honest, he has the much better attributes than Canelo to give Floyd trouble, particularly speed, angles and a high punch output.

I know Pac has deteriorated but I believe some of that was down to him getting unmotivated and apart from getting sparked by JMM he was actually looking good in that fight. I think with a really good training camp behind him he could still give Floyd a really tough nights work.

I'm not saying he beats Floyd nor do I believe the fight will be made but I'm convinced Pacman is still the fighter in the world who is the biggest threat to Floyds '0'.

If Floyd believed it was an easy nights work he'd take the fight because it's still a huge fight that would generate unbelievable money. It's lost some significance alright but EVERY boxing fan deep down still wants to see this fight especially if Pac looks good against Rios.

Pac has, and will always be, stylistically a problem for mayweather.

Unortodox stance, heavy hitter, unpredictable movement, angles and speed and volume = mayweather nightmare.

Hence like I said before, I am a rich coward.

Canelo is nothing more than a baldamir with 15lb extra...
Mayweather has seen it and done, it's a style he loves to fight. Slow plodders..

Have you even watched the 4 Marquez fights?:roll:

Counter punchers expose the little runt. He is clueless against them.

You are intentionally trying to convince people to be as stupid as you are,by lumping Mayweather in with immobile punchbags like Margarito, Clottey, Cotto Hatton, and a skeletal Oscar.

    You are delusional.

    Canelo easily...

    Pac past prime
    Lost his punch resistance
Floyds style would give pacquiao fits

    Canelo is young and hungry
    Outweighs floyd 20+ lb
    Is prime
Good combination puncher to head and body
Fighting floyd in a weightclass floyd does not belong in

Funny how people saying canelo is a slow plodder that floyd can easily beat. So what about the idiots who blast mayweather for apparently ducking margarito and say marg would have beaten him

Canelo ain't nothing more than a slow plodder at 154lb with mediocre stamina.

At 152lb he will be a zombie plodder with **** stamina. The only card he has is his weight advantage and that was pulled from under him...

People forget Hatton fight. Where void was in trouble first couple of rds... Doing a reverse chicken dance after getting tagged by Ricky..footwork and the unusual stance and movement had Floyd puzzled...did Floyd figure him out...er no...

Voids personal ref got involved - Cortez...and lvl the playing field.

Plenty of fighters got floyd in trouble early - hatton, mosley delahoya , judah to name a few.... All diff styles floyd ways collects data early on then fogures you out.

Hatton gave floyd less trouble then judah or delahoya. And as for cortez getting to overly involved? Thats just you wanting floyd to lose and clutching and straws..

Hatton wanted it to be like the tzu fight... Dirty and foul filled

Matthysse would look similar if not worse than Baldomir. A one-dimensional aggressive style is tailor made for Mayweather's style. Matthysse would be lucky to land a few punches and even when he does Mayweather's movement would reduce the power/snap out of them.

Canelo is young but not hungry.

He fights going backwards regardless the opponent and his accuracy is attrocious....he makes Khan look like a sharp-shooter:lol:
