Yes possibly but surely he's duty bound to do the best for his fighter.
That's life changing money that he might possibly never earn in the rest of his career.

Wee Barry doesn't have the knowledge, the contacts or the leverage to compete with Matchroom, so how does Carl lose a LOT of money ?

He could fight till he's 50 and he won't get a payday like Hearn has offered.

So come on smart****, educate all the bell ends about boxing management/promotion. Do you think Framptons management and advisors are working for free.

Best thing Frampton could do is move to another stable who have more clout, otherwise he'll be fighting in Belfast forever and earning peanuts.

They are trying to back them into a corner. Hearn knows his strengths in terms of money, tv and promotion so he is making sure Frampton team realise they should play ball and let them take lead so they can make money together.

Good move but I don't think it'll work. These things never do Unfortunatley.

Excellent offer for Carl Frampton in a fight where he would be slight favourite.

Without seeing all the correspondence between Matchroom and Cyclone Promotions it's difficult to comment but it's not obvious what Cyclone could bring to the table if the event is a co-promotion.
