Im looking to buy a heavy bag so that the days i cant make it to the gym for whatever reason i can at least get some rounds in at home. Anybody recommend a good heavy bag? Anybody have experience with those new hydro ones?

go heavy as you can go. #200 But use it for Technique for a while instead of trying to kill it you can risk dislocating your shoulder if your tendons havent developed to hitting that much wieght, Perfect Technique will give you better power. once you developed to the weight then kill it.
your power is going to build really quick
