personally i like to do pullups the most, but i thought it would be interesting to hear what you people prefer to do:wall
Deadlifts are the shait, but they do bring the pain. It has to be the best exercise out there though.
Love deadlifts. Gonna try the 300 workout eventually, deadlift - 50 reps with 135lbs :blood Just a small part of the pain...
Do 20 rep deadlifts. You get an awesome "pump". Just take 3 or 4 breaths in if you struggle toward the end.
As do I. Probably because I don't need spotters and I can use momentum for max loading if I want. All you need is a decent rack.
If you get a good coach then power cleans/snatch etc is great. Especially if you are working for explosive strength (power)
