Heavybag and sparring, but I haven't boxed in a while now, starting again in the summer. For now, fave exercise is... Pullups because I can do them really well now and with weight attached, and deadlifts, go on. Virus - what are your numbers in the big 3, squat deads bench? What bodyweight?
Bench press - I've never really been interested - 225lbs. Deadlift - 365lbs (aiming for 400lbs by end of the year) Full squat (hamstrings flat against calves) - most I've tried is 242lbs but could easily do more I think. Those were my numbers while I was doing Starting Strength a while ago before I started doing Crossfit.
Clean, jerk and press one motion. The best exercise for full body explosive power and pumps you up BIG time.
I like bench press and using the speed rope but most of all push-ups -you can do it anywhere -there are so many ways [Daimonds my fav] -you feel so strong after doing alot
If i had to pick one exercise to do from now on to the exclusion of everything else, probably squat thrusts (burpees). I also love jump rope, heavy bag, sledgehammer, stiff-legged deadlifts, and chinups First 3 are fun, 4th one is the one i do best, and the last is one of my worst & biggest areas for improvement.
this, deads, bench and row, pullups n dips, push ups, no squats though i've always hated squats. jumping rope is always fun for me, sparring too would definitely be up there. Also gotta love the sledge n tire cuz it keeps my endurance for chopping up
