Have hardly heard anything recently the last thing was that Hearn wanted him to fight Gonzalez but now he is fighting on the Canelo vs GGG II undercard. I would have thought that logically when he fought on the same card as Ancajas that would have lead to unification but it seems both are quite happy to fight mandatories and tomato cans.
That was supposedly the plan. At least that was what the commentators were saying on the Ancajas 'co headlining' appearance and I think Hearn said as much himself afterwards.
I hope so, I think it's a good fight. For some reason though Yafai really don't seem to want that fight, I believe he wins it, I can only assume he is doing the old "I'm not giving him a shot or a payday" rubbish.
