What's going to happen to Floyd fans when he eventually loses?

    I mean it's inevitable he loses, he's not retiring after this fight, it's all smoke. He's going to stick around till the ring retires him.

    My question is what happens to Mayweather fans? I mean obviously they're the equivalent of Lebron James fans to the NBA, in other words 90% of them are just here for one person they don't actually care about the sport. No serious boxing fan can suggest Mayweather is greater than Leonard unless they are under 25 and have only seen Leonard's fights via YouTube.

    So what happens to them? Will they just disappear into oblivion?

    I've never seen a fighter where the entire fan base is based on him NEVER losing. RJJ is the closest that comes to mind and when he lost, I remember talking to fanatic RJJ fans who claimed he took a dive or made any irrational excuse to cope with that vicious KO.

    As long as May is making $40+ million a fight, he is and should stick around. He lives a CEO life style which requires billions when he's only a multimillionaire. I don't see him retiring until he loses 2 times in a row like most fighters.

    Unlike Lennox Lewis who just had enough of boxing, May doesn't possess that discipline.

    Highly unlikely, he's hooked into the $ and as his best bud 50 cent put it,'he doesn't have any way of making $ outside of boxing or his gym.' He's not leaving the sport, the sport will leave him.

    47 have tried and come up short no doubt 48 and 49 will come up short he will go into hiding wait a little until he gets called out and will make the mega bucks on a 50-0 record not sure if he will maintain 50-0 but he will be paid for it big time it's a win win situation

    He isnt an outrageous coke fiend like Tyson, who spent his whole time partying and basically doing everything in his power to waste all his money.

    Hes going to make 120+ million from this fight alone.

    Well Manny came back that's why. You might be a boxing fan, but there are plenty of flomos who are not.
