Bt has had one ppv. You can bet they are going to attempt do to it online eventually! Though the % of people who watch a ppv must be pretty low.

Now tv is £35 a month isn't it? I get all the sky channels plus internet plus phoneline for £80. Not sure where you pluck £120 a month.

Of course the future is streaming. Its not here yet. Too much of a delay, too many people with **** internet still and the big money is STILL with Sky. They've literally just been taken over for billions. The method may change but they will still be the big players as long as they have the premier league. I don't see a app coming in and bidding billions for it yet.

This. Also demographics play a part. Not everyone is ready for a streaming only future.

I don't get why Eddie gets grief,

British boxing would be a farce without him

I think the move to bt would have made a better impact if hearn had stayed still but he has taken it to the next level with his american stuff

the bt shows just look like boxnation events -- for example brentwood at the weekend. And anything bigger they are trying to push to ppv so it hasnt done much for me as a fan TBH

Hearn is a slippery character with his fingers in all sorts of pies and no doubt all kinds of ideas

He’s a hard opponent to get an edge on

I do like frank though and hearns moaning about wilder fighting fury instead of Joshua is brain doing

Not sure about that but there certainly is some revisionist BS when people talk pre matchroom.

Boxing on Sky prior to the exclusive matchroom deal was a very mixed bag. Some dreadful shows in dreadful venues.

Eddie shouldn’t get some of the grief he gets

I just think some people don’t take too sky cos of the brainwashing they attempt at times
