In my opinion : People want to smoke weed, that's why they buy it. Tescos sells tobacco and alcohol. I've had friends and family DIE from both, but I don't blame the shops. People make their own choices. The most f**ked up, dirty, anti-social people on the streets have a can of alcohol in their hand, and you know it. I'm not saying weed is harmless, but keep a sense of perspective. I know boxing is legal, and selling weed is not. But I'm talking about the morals of it. You talk about "sending them into psychosis" ... you can bet getting hit in the head by a heavyweight is going to f**k people up even worse than smoking skunk. If you think selling weed is REALLY REALLY BAD, that's fine, that's your opinion. :good I'm just offering the alternative opinion, which is that weed, tobacco, alcohol are just part of normal life. It's a strange anamoly that cannabis is still illegal and selling it has been left in the hands of unemployed youths and criminals. Personally, I don't smoke, and rarely drink, but I can see that both are part of normal British culture, just like betting shops, and other dubious past times.
I'd rather he be the same as he is off camera as he is on it regardless whether he is actually a ****. At least he'd be himself. You got people like tyson fury, chisora and even broner who are not the most savoury individuals, but even with their flaws you respect them for being real and not being some pr butt licking fiend who is hell intent on only saying what they think you want to hear. I hope a fake sheikh does catch him trying to sell drugs again on the side or smoking the stuff himself, because I have no doubt that is exactly what he still does behind closed doors, but the AJ fanboys want to believe he is some national hero.
Agreed. But Joshua's first ten looks like a murders row compared with Wilder's early run and the WBC lapped up his BS.
It's the truth. I've seen people sectioned because they got hooked on to weed which is usually laced with other ****. I'm sorry but your hero should have got locked up for his offences. In the states he'd have been in a cage getting his ass ripped opened. If he tried that doing that **** to his own community in his homeland, they'd have chopped him up into little pieces before boiling and eating him up for dinner. But he knows the uk is a soft touch, so he tells the judge a sob story and gets let off the hook. The reason he plays so nice to the media ,is because he doesn't want his histroy brought up
Off-topic but if it's laced with something else then isn't it possible that 'something else' is the issue? It's like blaming your car for breaking down because someone has changed the parts. Also, he isn't my 'hero'. I'm just not someone to go full Ned Flanders because someone sold weed at some stage in their life. Awesome the way you don't generalise about communities as well
How can you blame something else because the purity wasn't right. It comes with the terrority, this is why drug dealers are scum If a mechanic has worked on your car, changed parts, then a few weeks later it breaks down, you damn right I'm taking it back to the garage to ask him what he's done to my car. The difference is the mechanic is a professional and is going to be held accountable and its unlikely I'd be threatened with a knife or gun if you demand the mechanic to sort it out. Now you go back to the drug dealer and you tell him what the hell is going down and you will find yourself down in the gutter with either stab or bullet wounds. As for generalising communities,I'm not, I'm simpyl telling the truth, and the truth is the truth, or do you want me to lie? This is what these people do, they eat eachother. They even have 5 star hotels and restaurants sell people's heads and necks roasted in special sauces. That is their idea for fine dining http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/nigeria-restaurant-selling-human-meat-dishes-busted-1435500 http://www.nydailynews.com/news/world/nigerian-hotel-serves-human-meat-report-article-1.1616311 Now if AJ was doing things like that in his homeland, I'm telling you, they'd have licked their lips at the sight of all his big muscles, chopped him up, boiled him in a pot and before slinging him in an oven and sold at premium
hes without a shadow of a doubt the most humble boxer out there, when reporters try and build tension he just brushes it off and doesn't get involved.
I've been following the recent spat he's had with Dillian Whyte... now I like the look of AJ, I think he could go all the way and he seem's extremely dedicated, but this little spat he's had with Whyte has really shown him up. This "Stay Humble" persona, it seems to me like it's a lot of *******s.. all for the media. Hearn has apparently promised Whyte the AJ fight within the next 3-6 months - let's hope he makes it happen.
The biggest fraud in the heavyweight division, with fake humility The mask already slipped off in an interview where he threatened kugan because he took a question the wrong way.
