    People can say what they want now but Charlo was terrified of Timmy at the time he was his mandatory.

    Yep. He would have lost and not been as good as a drawer card to Canelo and the fight wouldn't have taken place. Really it was smart on his end to get the pay day. Timmy would have ruined that.
