most of these haters are used to criminal law not litigation law. I wouldn't pay much attention to these guys since their experience is either a traffic ticket, drug dealing, or asssault.

 

YEA, I'm sure Pac's lawyer is gonna start a blog about it and share with everyone what's going down. You know, legal beagle stuff.

 

Actually you don't have to have a certain legal concentration to understand how feeble this lawsuit really is. Every 1L learns the elements of Defamation in Torts I.


I'm not hatin. I just know that the lawsuit is one big publicity stunt, and a way to scare them from saying anything in the future. The elements just aren't there.

How can you back down from a statement that has been made when no counter-statement or apology was ever issued and their views and opinion never changed.

The lawsuit was just another bullsh!t way for team Pac to scupper a fight they never wanted and was obviously a complete non-starter in terms of legitimacy. Besides, I suspect that Pac probably re-thought the 'strategy' of going to an Ameican court and commiting perjury in front of the world.
