whats happening with Pacs Lawsuit ?

Mosley Attorney Just threatened Floyd with another lawsuit:

"It's either one of two things that has happened," he said. "Either he's rethought the wisdom of risking his undefeated record against Shane or he chooses to act like a 7-year-old. Hopefully, it's the latter and he will mature very quickly. But either of these possibilities is completely unacceptable to us. He's going to end up in a fight with Mosley. The only question is whether it will be in the ring or in court."

Paul Hansen Rocklin, CA “If Mosley takes him to court then Mayweather only proves how big of a fraud he really is.” Paul, you and the majority of Boxing’s fans would agree that Mayweather only comes off looking worse for wear if he doesn’t sign this contract. If he ends up in court over this matter then he will get hammered in the media.

it's signed, so it's all moot, but i find it hilarious to threaten to sue someone for not signing a contract

sue if they signed and broke, but to threaten a lawsuit for not signing is just laughable to me...ty

 

lewis took tyson to court for not fighting him.

 

I think he's talking about suing for whatever verbal agreement was made. Which is just as binding if it is due to take place within a year and doesn't involve RealEstate.

Still weak though
