Closest I've been to KO'd is smashing my head off an icerink floor. went black for a fraction of a second (like blinking) Result was a nice hematoma and blistering headache.

I have never been KO'd but I got have gotten buzzed once. Blocked a shot with my palm heel touching my jaw and the impact made both of my arms go numb and tingly for a few seconds, like when you fell asleep on your arm the wrong way. Can only imagine that happening to the legs.

Have a pretty good chin though...I took a nosedive off a flight of stairs onto a concrete floor and fractured my skull when I was 4...never lost consciousness and remember the whole thing.

Also had a seizure once (while taking a dump...) and can attest to the "wtf just happened and where am I and why is there sh!t on the floor next to me" feeling. It's basically the exact same way you feel when you wake up after a night of overdrinking.

So I would say getting knocked out is not that bad at all. What REALLY sucks is when you take a beating on the ropes while you're semi-conscious...you're awake for everything. Also liver shots.

Let me do a rundown KillSomething.

I've flown off of a skateboard twice when I was young and the back of my head bounced off the concrete hard. Never lost consciousness.

As a child the curtains in the living room (high ceiling) were held up by a massive 2x4 it fell and hit me on top of the head, didn't knock me out.

O was working in the yard trying to cut a massive branch with clippers after a Hurricane I was putting all my force behind it and it slipped and the handle slammed me right in the jaw. Didn't get KO wasn't even woozy.

I was running in the park at dusk and I decided to take a shortcut to my car and they'd put up a chain behind some bushed I tripped running full force went down chin first I had a piece of gravel stuck in my chin I had to pull out, but wasn't KO'd.

I had a large boxer dog and I was on the floor playing with him he came running full force and he usually stopped but he slide and headbutted me and sent me sailing backwards, didn't get knocked out.

Ran head first into a high up cabinet door the edge rammed into my scalp, didn't effect me.

And I've been punch in the face and rabbit punched in the back of the head a few times and nothing.

See I have an Iron Head:deal

That's very impressive, but one time I was playing Dance Dance Revolution or some sh*t like that and dropped down to bust a sweet move. Caught my jaw on a wooden couch arm on the way down. TOOK IT LIKE A CHAMP!

    :yikesThat's brutal.
I did get really woozy one time, I opened the freezer door and left it open, bent down looked in the fridge and forgot I left the freezer open and stood up full force and slammed the very top of my head into it and it compacted my neck I know what it felt like for Marco Antonio Rubio, that's what came closest to dropping me, but I managed to take that as well without going down.

Fought pro and amatuer and not ashamed to say I've been knocked down from a head punch a few times. Never KOd, and always got up and beat the count, but in the moment you are dropped you really dont feel anything. When you get up and are still hurt you are basically buzzing. Again, would not describe this as pain, just loss of equilibrium, balance, clear thinking, etc. I can imagine that being knocked out cold is like that, only instead of being out for a split second, it is for a longer amount of time.

Lol no this was when you were just a twinkle in your momma's eye when she was a schoolgirl probably. W hen amateurs didn't have to wear headgear & fights were stopped at first sign of blood.
Get a life visit a few gyms learn about the sport Maybe then you could hold an intelligent conversation :hi:

My experience from KOs is that I don't remember the punch, or falling, just one moment i'm standing and then the moment i'm being picked up off the ground, or people are talking to me asking if i'm ok. Last time I got KO'd I kept stopping afterward whilst walking, and I wasn't aware of it. It's odd to be walking along talking with someone and then you're suddenly standing still and don't know why, then it happens several times and you realize your brain is not in a good state. Horrible headache for about 12 hours after aswell.

never been knocked out but been hit with a good shot or too, you see a glimpse of light but if you have a good chin like myself you bounce back and fuk your opponent up...im 31 and havent lost a fight since i was in 6th grade when i was 12... i always had a rep for fighting in school, no one really fuked with me...:deal
