Walcott and Baer, Louis waited years until he rematched Schmeiling and Schmeiling was washed by the time the rematch had come about and Shmeiling had lost a bunch of times by then

 

Schmeling was undefeated between Louis fights.

 

Conn wasn't better HW than Schmeling or Baer.

 

Baer, Schmeling II, and Walcott II are his three best wins, and you can argue a case for any of them, as the best opponent that he beat.

The Walcott win is probably the most impressive, given that Louis was well past his best when the fight happened.
