Agree with you. Would Povetkin be ready to step up though? That would be the question.

    Peace

IBA is not a belt. James Toney is not a champion. You're delusional.

In all fairness, only ring magazine belt matters. IBF/WBC/WBO are somewhat of a name. WBA is a joke with 3 champions per weight class, and might as well be tossed out. IBO/IBA....who are you kidding? you know they give those worthless straps out to just anyone, right? My fake armani belt is worth more than IBA belt

I see your point too. It's just Wlad's competition is the worst in history, but his hardly ever sensational against them. But his dominance is there for all to see.

Make no mistake, reaching a deal with them is going to be tough. Tougher than with Haye probably. Povetkin is a product of ill natured hype coming from his propagandist Russian management. They are trying to bring him across like some sort of legendary warrior of mythical proportions, a giant from the nations glorious past that's come to defend the whole Russian race against surrounding enemies. The guy practically has no right to lose now. All the more reason for this fight to happen :yep

Povetkin was told regarding Wladimir; "To beat him you'd need an extra chin to absorb
all the punishment he's going to rain down on you."

I don't think Povetkin understood exactly what they meant.....

Should try making a fight with Helenius, he'd be a decent opponent.....
