angulo put a limited but very brave performance last night and although he dident win, he was game throughout the fight.

    what next for angulo?

another question that i was curious about was, in you opinion do you think angulo was hurt in the cintron fight?

i saw angulo getting rocked many times but he dident seem to be shakey or wobbled as other fighters become when hit hard by someone like cintron to his credit.

Well he should get a easier opponent next time out and then step it up again.Hopefully he gains mor eexperience and learns from it.
About him being hurt except from that 3rd round I believe it was when Cintron landed a overhand right that stunned him a bit he was never hurt IMO.His world class chin has been proven.

This is only Angulo's 16 pro fight. He should have not been put in Cintron's class yet, nor Mayorga either. Angulo is overrated, I've always said that. Check my old post, I know boxing and I think I'm one of the most accurate predictors out there. I'll give Cintron his credit, he is not as bad as people say he is, and he boxed a little bit better then I thought he was, he didn't fight like that against Margarito. If he did he would lasted a lot longer, Ronnie Shields is a good trainer for him. Back to Angulo, they shouldn't have rushed him. There goes Kirkland-Angulo, Kirkland would have punished Angulo, I knew that before yesterday. This is what happens when you rush fighters. Angulo still has talent but he needs to work on defense, speed and head movement.

An easier opponent, help build his confidence-than later down the road maybe a possible rematch with Cintron or some body like Carlos Quintana, and if he is successful fight him with the best out there. Personnaly, I think he is a good fighter but is very limited.

    Movement will always kill Angulo.

He should face someone who is gonna be there to be hit.

Baldomir would be a good test.

I'd like a fight between Angulo and Latimore-explosive fight there.

He wasn't quite ready for Cintron.

His best bet was that Cintron would go ***** on em and he didn't.
